Hey Reader, Hopefully, you've had a chance to check out Thrive Coaching! Now is the best time to join because:
Join TODAY by clicking here! But maybe you have some reservations about joining... Maybe you're nervous or intimidated about lifting weights... Maybe you're not sure you can stick to the plan... Or maybe you've tried other fitness programs before and they didn't work... I get it—the thought of trying something new or joining a new fitness program with the possibility of being disappointed AGAIN is real. That's why I'd like to address any doubts you may be experiencing about joining Thrive directly so you can make the best decision for your fitness goals. Below are the most common questions I get asked about Thrive Coaching: Q1. What if I'm brand new to lifting weights? If you've never lifted before, you're in the best spot to learn! Every exercise has a demonstration video and form notes attached to it so that you always know how to perform an exercise. In addition, you have instant access to Lifting Confidence when you join so that you can learn the overall form and technique of the core 5 exercises (Squat, hinge, push, pull, and core). You also have access to a private community to ask any questions you have about lifting and to post videos for form feedback! You'll have all the coaching and support you need to start lifting weights properly. And in my opinion, you're getting much more support in Thrive than you would in similar online fitness programs! Q2. Do I need any equipment to get started?/What if I don't like working out at the gym? You can start Thrive with no equipment at all. You can also be successful with Thrive at home if you prefer home workouts. Every section of every workout has a bodyweight option available, so you can start getting stronger right now. There are also dumbbell, kettlebell, and resistance band exercise options available as well for my home workout ladies. This really is a choose-your-own-adventure program designed to meet you right where you’re at. Q3. Is Thrive good for women who have experience lifting, or is it just for beginners? Thrive is great for both beginner and intermediate lifters. Because there are several exercise options to choose from in each section of the workouts, you can make the workout more or less challenging depending on your fitness level. I also offer several variations of many of the exercises to meet you where you're at in your physical ability. And if none of those work for you, you also have access to the private Thrive community to ask for alternative options. In addition, there are notes included on how to progress your exercises from week to week to make them more challenging. #progressoverperfection! Q4. How long will it take for me to get results? It is possible to start getting results within your first month, however, your results from Thrive are going to depend on several factors like what your current fitness level is (beginner/intermediate), how consistent you are week to week, how many of the workouts you are doing each week, and what your nutrition and recovery are like, to name a few. My most successful members are training 2-3 days per week on average and implementing healthy nutrition and recovery habits alongside their workouts. Some members train once per week, and while progress is slower, they are still feeling stronger and better in their bodies overall. Q6. What's the cancellation policy? You can cancel your Thrive membership at any time, no questions asked. I do my best to provide the most effective strength training workouts and coaching support for my members, but if at any time you feel like Thrive is not for you, just shoot me an email at hello@iscoaching.fit to request a cancellation. These are the most common questions, but if you have additional questions about Thrive, just hit reply to this email and ask away! I'll answer as quickly as I can! Hey Reader, Let’s get into this week: The Warm Up This work week was insane. I finally got my first workout in yesterday (Wednesday) — and sometimes it be like that. I missed two workouts earlier in the week after getting stuck in front of a computer for a week and a half straight. I eased into yesterday's session, and it felt so good to move my body again. Picking up where you left off counts as a win. This Week's Lift: Home vs. Gym Workouts One of the most common questions I get from women...
Hey Reader, Back in college, I used to spend 2+ hours in the gym almost every day. My only goal: burn as many calories as possible. Endless cardio, session after session, chasing a number on a machine screen I never got the body I actually wanted. What did? Strength training. Let me explain why it works when everything else feels like spinning your wheels — especially once you're past 30. Cardio burns calories. Strength training builds you. When you lift, you're not just burning energy in the...
